Our fluency in four languages allows us to stay attentive to the needs of your guests as well as your own. Our mission is to make your life easier by providing a nearby, responsive and efficient concierge service. We are close to your property, available 7 days a week, and we commit to intervening within a 2-hour window for exceptional situations.

Services for Property Owners

As Conciergerie-CS does not hold the professional card G or T, in accordance with the Hoguet law of 01/02/1970, it does not intervene in activities regulated by this regulation.

Specifically, this means that:

  1. We do not collect any funds, nor security deposits, on behalf of the property owner
  2. We do not advertise or display advertisements in their name,
  3. We do not do any real estate activities.

To be clear: Conciergerie-CS does not manage rental contracts and does not receive any rent. Conciergerie-CS is not an Estate Agency. The rental properties we manage are the direct responsibilty of the property owner (and we are not legally reliable for them). Along the same lines, invoicing is done directly between Conciergerie-CS and the property owner as part of our services.
