A little word on our rates. We regularly offer significant discounts when you choose our Rental Management or Concierge Plans.
For example, in our Rental Management Plans, cleaning is charged at €25 per hour instead of €30 per hour. We also grant substantial discounts on laundry services: if washing, drying and folding can be carried out during on-site cleaning, we do not charge for your linen at all!
We know that cleaning and laundry costs are often the key factors that can make a holiday rental efficient and profitable… or, on the contrary, less competitive. It is these small details, combined with our in-depth understanding of your needs and the expectations of your guests, that make all the difference to the success of your holiday rental.

As Conciergerie-CS does not hold the professional card G or T, in accordance with the Hoguet law of 01/02/1970, it does not intervene in activities regulated by this regulation.

To be clear: Conciergerie-CS does not manage rental contracts and does not receive any rent. Conciergerie-CS is not an Estate Agency. The rental properties we manage are the direct responsibilty of the property owner (and we are not legally reliable for them). Along the same lines, invoicing is done directly between Conciergerie-CS and the property owner as part of our services.

Maintaining your secondary residence requires solutions tailored to both your property and your personal needs. We offer 2 Annual Concierge Service Plans designed for the maintenance of your secondary home, along with a regular visit option.
These Annual Plans will be personalised according to your specific needs, and the estimate generally offers significant savings per year, compared to an à la carte service.
You may also choose from our à la carte concierge services, which are billed only when you request them, thus giving you complete control.
