We are a dedicated team of two, here to help you better manage your property. Our main goal is to help you generate higher annual rental income by turning your property into a true 5*-star reference. Since 2018, we have been managing our own holiday rentals, an experience that has given us a genuine and practical understanding of what property owners truly need. Today, we bring this expertise and our passion to your service to manage your property as if it were our own. In accordance with our values, we offer a passionate, personal and reliable service.

That’s why we believe in the importance of meeting you personally, to better understand your expectations and tailor our services accordingly. Whether it’s in Rental Management or Concierge Services, every detail matters — and it’s often the smallest touches that make the biggest difference.
TEAM
As a homeowner myself, I bring over five years of hands-on experience in tourist vacation rentals. My journey began in 2018, when I started renting out my house in Andalusia. Since then, I have communicated with over 50 travelers and managed more than 50 bookings.
Speaking four languages has certainly helped me communicate smoothly with guests from different backgrounds, build trust more easily, and provide a welcoming, personalised experience for each guest.
In addition, I have been maintaining another house with a garden and a saltwater pool for years. Since the beginning of 2024, I have been managing the rental of an apartment in Haute-Vienne (see here), which we renovated ourselves in 2023.
This experience has given me valuable insight into what guests expect — and how to meet those expectations with care and professionalism. The year 2024 was a great success with over 30 rentals managed and very satisfied guests. Today, I am a Superhost on AirBnB and our rating on Booking.com is 9.3 out of 10 stars (see here), as for my house in Andalusia.

I am a virtual assistant and a specialist in all things web and administrative. I also contribute to Conciergerie CS to ensure that our rental management services and secondary residence maintenance remain precise, reliable, and well-organised.
